multi media messages are good for people who like sending pictures to each other after a night out or send a picture to your family when your on holiday but it will cost a bit more money, or if your out on a job and you need to send a picture to your boss you can just use multi-media on your work phone.
instant messages are good to text people from anywhere you might need wifi, you can bbm outside if you have a modern blackberry and you can download music online and videos online.

you cant hack modern phones because they have something in them so you cant hack it, but if you do it is illegal, data security wasn't very good on old phones because if  you lost your phone they would be able to get everything off your phone. but now you can put a password on most things on your phone so know one would be able to get your stuff if you ever lost your phone.

3 ways to send a image to someone without wifi.
-you can just use mms, its a multi media service that you can send images off, but it does cost quite alot of money and id your on contract it doesnt come in the contract.
-you could use instagram on your ipod or iphone to send too the person your sending it to, just tell them how to get the picture up so they can see it in better quality than mms.
-if you have your laptop with you, on most modern technology on your phone you can change your phone to a moble hotspot witch is where it lets off a little wifi signal so you can use your laptop and transfer the piture to it and email it to who ever you want to send the image to. you get a much better picture quality and it is free.
